Returns & Exchanges

Sparks of Possibilitee stands behind our products and are confident you will enjoy your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), return the new, unused and unwashed merchandise, within 15 days from purchase, to Sparks of Possibilitee for a credit, replacement or refund. We would appreciate you including the reason for your return. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a credit, replacement or refund for the amount of the merchandise returned minus shipping fees.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please see our international orders policy below for shipping outside the United States. Lost/Stolen Packages Sparks of Possibilitee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Sparks of Possibilitee will confirm delivery to the provided address, as well as provide date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier for the customer to investigate.

Shipping Information Errors

If a package is returned to Sparks of Possibilitee due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Sparks of Possibilitee is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.ordering and payment

We accept payment via PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to shop with us and benefit from this secure payment method. Payment is processed at the time of order. You will be sent an email confirmation of your order. If you have to contact us about your order, please have your order number available.

International orders

We are happy to ship internationally. The shipping charge for orders to be delivered to Canada is a flat fee of $15.00. Heavier orders may incur extra shipping costs.Other than Canada, you must email or call your order in for International orders. Please be aware that Sparks of Possibilitee is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. You will pay exact shipping plus a small handling fee which will be calculated separately.. All international orders are shipped by USPS or Fed Ex. We have no control over how long your customs office holds your package. Tracking and Insurance are automatically included in International shipments. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products and to indicate that the package is merchandise.
